Description:
The electronic unit controls the soft start and monitors the temperature and speed of the grinder to protect the motor. If the electronic unit detects too much heat, it will shut down the tool until the grinder cools down.

Unfortunately it also fails too often. So if your grinder runs but shuts down prematurely or pulsates, chances are the electronic unit is the problem. A brand new electronic module and new On/Off Switch (which we also sell) usually fixes these problems.

Some common signs of a broken or failing electronic unit are as follows:
