These Cords are NOT an exact replacement. You may have to purchase and modify how the strain relief/grommet sets into the tool. You may have to use a dremel or blade to modify the handle or the strain relief to properly fit in tool. Once the strain relief / handle is modified, we also recommend you apply super glue inside the strain relief to properly hold the cord in place so it doesn't pull out of the tool. You can also use electrical tape to hold the cord onto the strain relief. Unfortunately, the OEM cords with the molded strain relief are no longer available from Porter Cable, so this is the next best option.
