Tool Parts Ace Policies:
Our 30 day Guarantee assures that you will not receive an item that doesn't function as intended unless otherwise stated. We 100% thoroughly inspect and test every function of every item we sell before shipping it out to you, our customer. Tool Parts Ace technicians are highly trained in inspecting and testing with over 30 years experience of repairing power tools. But, if for some reason you do receive an item that doesn't function as intended, please contact us and we will give you a RMA # to return the item. If Tool Parts Ace deems the item was an error on our part, we will refund your money excluding any shipping charges. Returns are fully inspected and tested. If Tool Parts Ace receives a return (that we deem isn't our error) that is damaged, broken or doesn't function as intended or missing parts, we will contact you to figure out a partial refund that we both can agree on (if any)

Returns: Returns MUST be within 30 days and are subject to a 20% restocking fee if you decide that you no longer want/need the item, you ordered the wrong item, or you change your mind after the item has been shipped. All shipping charges will be non-refundable. Returns are fully inspected before we submit a refund. Please make sure Everything is included when sending the return including: original manufacturer packaging and all parts. Parts found to be missing / damaged when we inspect the return will cause a delay and a Lesser or NO refund to cover the replacement cost of the missing part/s. Switches or electronics can be returned as long as they have not been installed in tool. Any evidence that shows switch/s have been installed ie: pinched wires, damaged wires, cut wires, damaged spring locks for wires will void any warranty.

Cancellations: If you purchase an item and would like to cancel the transaction, we charge a $5.00 processing fee plus the transaction fee that we get charged from the credit card companies, PayPal etc. (Usually around 3%-5%). Please understand that we can only accommodate the cancellation if we haven't shipped the item yet. If we already shipped the item and you would like to return the item, please see Returns above.

Double Ordering Policy: DO NOT ASSUME Tool Parts Ace has more inventory than what the "Maximum Purchase" quantity states on the listing. If you order the "Maximum Purchase" quantity stated in the listing and a few minutes later go and order again from the same listing than what the total "Maximum Purchase" states in the listing, you will be responsible for any Credit Card Fees/Paypal Fees, plus a $5.00 Service Fee if we have to refund you because we do not have more inventory than what is stated as the "Maximum Purchase".
(A Double Ordering example would be if the listing states a "Maximum Purchase" of 3 Milwaukee 22-20-1010 Brushes Sets. You purchase and pay for 3 Milwaukee 22-20-1010 Brush Sets, then go back into the listing and purchase another Milwaukee 22-20-1010 Brush Set, that would be considered 4 Brush Sets and would be over the "Maximum Purchase". If we have the extra Milwaukee 22-20-1010 Brush Set, we will certainly honor your purchase, but if we do not have a 4th Milwaukee 22-20-1010 Brush Set and we have to refund you, you will be responsible for any processing fees mentioned above.)

Shipping charges are non-refundable and return freight is the responsibility of the returnee. In the event additional shipping fees, duties or taxes apply to a return shipment (including but not limited to the return freight of international orders), the returnee is responsible for any additional charges. Exceptions may apply if purchases are defective and/or an error has occurred in shipping or packaging by fault of ours or our vendors.

All Returns must be within 30-days of order delivery: We will not accept returns after that 30-day period.
All return items must be returned in the same condition and packaging as when received.. After inspection and if applicable, a refund or credit will be issued for the total purchase price of the item less applicable restocking fees. If returns are deemed to have been destroyed or otherwise abused beyond resale by the purchaser, no refund will be issued.
You should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks once Tool Parts Ace receives the Return. This time period includes: the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 10 business days).
